    Bee Cheng Hiang (BCH) was started in 1933 by an enterprising Singaporean, Mr. Teo Swee Ee, who peddled Bakkwa (Barbequed meat) from his mobile cart on the streets. The traditional Bakkwa made without soy protein or any other food additives. Given its premium quality, Bakkwa turned into a household name and then into a multi-million business.
With good hygiene practice that comply with GMP and HACCP standard, using modern food processing technology and high equipment efficiency, with marinate secret recipe and smoking method, we produced a series of high quality product.
    Ever since then, BCH has open conceptualized retail outlets to sell the traditional barbecued meat products in 1945. With the open kitchen concept, BCH retail outlets set up visible operating room for barbecuing on-spot, and provide customers with fresh and high quality Bakkwa. A comfortable shopping environment with good customer service and sales assistant’s product knowledge lead to the vital successful business.
    BCH distribution network have spread through out of Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines and South Korea. We will continuously expand our retail shop and opening up more potential markets.
